'18 CURRICULUM

 

MASTER SESSIONS: Whether you're a devoted fan, beginner or a professional musician, immerse yourself in the music through interactive Master Sessions presented by band members. Sessions include vocals, guitar, drums, bass and production.

SONGWRITING:  Go on an extensive journey exploring Periphery's songwriting process...from stage 1 with the demo tracks all the way to the complete, finished recordings.

PERIPHERY SHOWS: Opening and closing night private performances by Periphery exclusively available to ATP Summer Jammers.

PARTICIPANT JAMS: Bring your instrument and prepare to have your mind blown as you "sit in" with Periphery and jam with the guys. 

OPEN MIC: All participants have the opportunity to form groups and perform for the peer audience in nightly open mics, hosted and facilitated by band members!

JAM ROOMS: Build your chops, make new friends, Jam out in beautiful fully equipped rehearsal spaces

HANG OUT: Interact with the band socially at mealtimes, bonfires, and when getting your asses kicked at video game competitions. 

SWAG: Giftbags for all attendees.

FROLIC IN NATURE: Enjoy Full Moon Resort's spring fed pool and over 100 acres of beautiful mountains fields and streams

Lovingly prepared, fresh, healthy cuisine served by a friendly, professional staff is the trademark of Full Moon Catering. The menus offer a full range of possibilities – hot buffet breakfasts and lunches, down-home country barbecues and formal gourmet dinners. Fresh, natural ingredients (often organic) are the common thread throughout.

Accommodations

Accommodations are charming in their simplicity, with guest rooms available in a variety of lodges – some in a simple B&B style with shared hallway baths and others with a more traditional country inn style with private bath.

Registration

Packages include all workshops, seminars, gourmet meals, performances, use of the grounds and your choice of accommodations. All activities will be held at Full Moon Resort which features an eclectic array of comfortable, rustic country-inn style accommodations including simple B&B style guest rooms with shared hallway baths as well as private guest rooms with private baths. All accommodations are just steps away from the daily activities. The grounds offer a spring-fed swimming pool and one hundred acres of meadows, forests and streams. In addition, guests are welcome to explore the splendors of the Catskills on the nearby network of hiking trails.

Cable television and complimentary phone service are available at the Inn (please bring a phone card for international calls) and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility. Please Note: There is no cell phone reception in this area of the forest preserve and guest rooms do not have telephones, televisions, air conditioning or daily housekeeping services. MINOR POLICY:

Music Masters Camps are designed for Adults and the majority of participants are adults.

Is there a deposit option?
During your registration, you will be given the option to sign up for an installment plan with the third party, Affirm. Affirm will charge you an interest rate based on the purchase price and your personal information. Full Moon Resort/Music Masters Camps is not associated with Affirm. 

What gear do I need?

Bring your instrument(s) if they fit! Amps are not required. For more information, email music@fullmoonresort.com to see what will be provided.

What is the weather like?

Weather in the Catskills varies. In the summer months, you can expect warm days (low 70s to upper 80s) and cooler nights (lower 50s to upper 60s).

What do you suggest I bring with me?

Do you provide equipment storage for tent campers?
This can be arranged on an as needed basis.

Can I select my own roommate?
Yes – if that person is signed up as well. We cannot hold a spot for someone unless they have already registered.

How does the facility select my roommate?
Full Moon Resort selects roommates based on age and gender. You will always be placed with a same-gender roommate.
